Every domain registered or transferred to HumDomains includes FREE economy hosting plan (with a small forced ads on the top of each pages of your website - it will automatically be removed upon upgradation to the paid hosting plan). Therefore, you can also install any of these value applications using your FREE hosting account.  However, please note that syndications will not work properly with the FREE hosting plan. As long as you are comfortable with the free ads, continue to use the FREE hosting, and you will never be asked to upgrade to the paid hosting plan.
